Every alert traces back to a public House PTR. We do not add private data or rumor; if a trade is in an alert, it is because a member of the House reported it and the filing became public.

House and Senate are filed separately

The House and the Senate run separate disclosure systems. Capitol Gains covers the House. If you are looking specifically for Senate filings, those are published through a different official channel.

Accuracy and timing

We report what the filing says, including its amount range, and we send the alert when the filing is public. As with all congressional disclosures, that is after the trade, not in real time.
